  • All confirmed orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched from our warehouse and handed over to our courier partner.

Note: During high-demand periods such as festive seasons or sale events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

  • Delivery is expected within 5–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

  • Remote or non-serviceable pin codes

5. Order Tracking

  • Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the tracking link to become active.

  • We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes within India.
  • International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout to avoid delays or non-delivery.

7. Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Packages

  • Our courier partners will attempt to deliver your order at the shipping address provided.
  • If you're unavailable, the delivery partner may reattempt or contact you.
  • If the package is returned due to customer unavailability or an incorrect address:

  • You will be contacted before a second dispatch is made.
